- Returns will be accepted within 90 days of the original purchase date, provided the books have not been customized with logos, personal names, or district-specific branding.
- Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.
- For Classroom Libraries, Board Book, and Skill Review purchases, a restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. Due to the increased handling and customization required for Take-Everywhere Literacy Pack orders, Take-Everywhere restocking fees are 30%.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3.Ship Your Return: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
